A beautifully restored historic landmark, the Grant Street Inn combines the ambiance and charm of the 1880s with the luxury and convenience of a modern bed and breakfast. The north building was originally known as the Zeigler House and was located two blocks away. When it was threatened with demolition, CFC, Inc. negotiated with the owner to rescue the structure.

On March 19, 1990, under adverse weather and technical conditions, the stately Victorian home was moved to its current site and restoration work was begun. In December of that year, the house, now connected to another historic property at the site, opened as the Grant Street Inn.

Today, the facility offers 24 beautifully appointed rooms furnished in antiques. Some rooms have fireplaces and many include private entrances. The larger suites have large whirlpool tubs. A spacious breakfast room offers gourmet breakfasts to guests.
